Healthcare Coordinator-Assisted Living @ Village Woods, Crete, IL Interviews for an immediate opening are now being conducted for the above position.
The primary purpose of this position is to plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Assisted Living Department at Village Woods. This person will report directly to the General Manager of the facility.
Candidates must possess the ability to make independent decisions, deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members as well as government agencies and personnel. Also, write and implement new procedures as needed. The Coordinator will also be involved in community/civic health matters as deemed appropriate by the General Manager of the facility. This is a full time, salaried position, subject to being on call 24/7 as needed.
A minimum of 2 years experience as a supervisor in a medical or health related facility is required. A RN or LPN license is desirable.
