Rest Haven¹s Skilled Nursing communities offer top-quality rehabilitation services to help people strengthen and rebuild diminished skills. Whether your rehabilitation needs are short-term or long-term, Rest Haven can accommodate you with:

  • A drivers rehabilitation program
  • Clinical neuropsychological services and video fluoroscopy to help diagnose and treat swallowing problems
  • Additional programs such as the activities of daily living skills training center and applied rehabilitation technology (designing custom wheelchairs and other seating and positioning devices)
  • Interactive training to help with the transition back to home
