Rest Haven Christian Services operates in cooperation with a full Board of Directors who meet quarterly. The Board is responsible for establishing the agenda for any meeting of the association, employing an executive director, reviewing operations, real estate acquisition and disposition, and acquisition and disposition of personal property which is not in the corporation's routine business.

The Board shall consist of at least 15 members. Rest Haven elects them from a nomination submitted by the Board. Term of office is five years, followed by retirement of at least one year. The Board of Trustees has all the governing and executive power.
