Park Place Christian Community of Elmhurst, Illinois
The development of Park Place Christian Community of Elmhurst is making great progress. We continue our series of informational presentations, and are currently accepting reservations for specific residences. Future residents can choose from 23 floor plans in one-, two- and three-bedroom styles, each featuring a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, and our maintenance-free guarantee – covering all exterior and interior maintenance – as well as housekeeping and weekly linen service.

Park Place Christian Community of St. John, Indiana
Through a generous gift of 13 acres to Rest Haven, Park Place of St. John has been formed. The site runs along Route 231, east of Route 41. The donors are developing a 600 acre, multi-generational neighborhood of family homes, Christian grade school, church and retail space of which Park Place is an integral part. The entire development will be known as The Gates of St. John.

Park Place will be built in two phases with the initial phase to be 60 apartment residences plus a 20,000 square foot Community Center complete with game rooms, a fitness center, multimedia room, dining rooms and much more. The apartment homes will have a wide selection of well designed one and two bedrooms styles to suit the taste and preferences of both couples and individuals. In addition to a 90% refundable entrance fee, Park Place will offer a $50,000 lifetime health care benefit applicable to each apartment home.
