Tinley Park, Ill. (Friday, May 25, 2007) “Rest Haven is a leader in the senior services industry,” says CEO Richard Schutt, “but we don’t take that for granted. We work hard to meet and exceed the expectations of all our clients. And the only way to know if we are doing that is to ask the right questions. That’s why we participate in the Confidence Survey program.”
The Confidence Survey program was developed by Life Services Network (LSN) of Illinois, a trade organization to which Rest Haven and other non-profit senior service agencies belong. The senior-friendly surveys are administered anonymously, and rank residents’ satisfaction with their living environment, on-site staff, and management services. The feedback is quantified and forwarded to each agency for review and follow-up.
Rest Haven’s participation in the program allows them to display a “Seal of Confidence” certificate in each of their seven Illinois facilities, which indicates that the facility has completed the survey process and is committed to continuous quality improvement in care and services. LSN encourages consumers who are shopping for a senior living community to look for the Seal of Confidence.
