South Holland, Ill. (Wednesday, August 8, 2007) – Rest Haven Homecare Solutions, a private duty home care agency based in South Holland, Illinois, just learned they have achieved a 5-star ranking from Illinois’ Life Services Network (LSN) as part of the LSN Seal of Confidence program. “A 5-star ranking represents the highest rating a community may achieve,” explain the LSN materials.
Rest Haven Homecare Solutions participates annually in the Seal of Confidence program in order to gauge the level of satisfaction among their clients and determine which areas need improvement. Senior-friendly surveys are administered anonymously to rank client satisfaction with services and staff. The surveys are then assessed by LSN staff, and the results are communicated to the agency. “Our scores continue to rise in all major areas,” says Judy Miner, Director of Rest Haven Homecare Solutions. “That’s important to us because we know that people have a lot of choices when comes to in-home care. We want them to know that Rest Haven is the best choice they can make.
